2024학년도 2학기 대학원 외국어시험 면제 신청 안내

 

2024학년도 2학기 대학원 외국어시험 면제 신청서를 아래와 같이 접수하고자 하오니 해당자는 관련 서류를 정해진 기일 내에 소속 학과사무실로 제출하시기 바랍니다.

※외국어시험에 합격하지 않은 자는 학위청구 논문 제출 불가

 

1. 면제기준

1) 영어

2) 한국어(외국인에 한함)

· 국립국제교육원 한국어능력시험(TOPIK) 초급(1~6급) 이상 취득자

· 한국어능력평가시험(KLAT) 1급 이상

· KBS 한국어능력시험 4급 이상

· 대학원 개설 「한국어초급」 이수자

※공인어학성적 유효기간: 성적 취득일로부터 2년 이내 (면제 신청일 기준 유효한 성적)

 

2. 신청기한: 2024.09.02.(월) ~ 2024.09.23.(월)

 

3. 제출처: 인공지능학과

 

4. 제출서류 ① 외국어시험 면제신청서: [붙임1] 서식 사용

② 영어(또는 한국어) 공인어학성적증명서 사본

※학과사무실 서류 제출 시 반드시 공인어학성적표 원본 지참 → 직원 확인 후 사본으로 대체, 접수

 

5. 유의사항

포탈 로그인 → 학사서비스 → 성적/졸업 → 졸업요건취득현황조회(일반대학원) → 외국어시험종합시험 탭

· 졸업요건 취득 현황의 외국어시험 합격 여부 확인 후 신청

 

· 외국어시험 일괄 면제 처리 대상 *면제신청서 제출 불필요

- 본교 학사과정(학부 2009년 신입학자부터) 어학졸업인증을 받은 학생 (학부 영어면제자 제외)

- 외국인 신입생 중 입학 시 제출한 어학성적표가 외국어시험 면제 기준을 충족하는 학생

- 일괄 면제 처리일: 2024.09.02.(월) 예정

· 외국인 학생의 어학성적표 인정 기준

- 자국어가 영어인 외국인: 한국어

- 자국어가 영어가 아닌 외국인: 영어 또는 한국어 중 택일

Application for Exemption from Foreign Language Test, Fall 2024

 

We inform you of application procedure for exemption from foreign language test for Fall, 2024.

Those who qualified to apply for exemption are required to submit the documents to the office of department within the designated period as below.

※ The degree thesis can only be submitted after passing the Qualifying examination.

 

1. Exemption Criteria

1) English

*For those freshmen in course of Master’s degree who had graduated from Ajou University with the Bachelor’s degree and got certified of language requisite for graduation will automatically be exempted from the language test.

 

2) Korean (Only for Internationals)

- Those who earned a primary grade or higher(Level 1-6) in the Korean Language Proficiency Test(TOPIK) conducted by Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation

- Level 1 or above in the Korean Language Ability Test(KLAT)

- Level 4 or above in the KBS Korean Language Proficiency Test

- Those who completed the Korean Language Lecture(Beginning) established by a graduate school

 

*The period of validity: Within 2 years (Based on score acquisition date)

 

2. Application Period: 2024.09.02. ~ 2024.09.23.

 

3. Place of Submission: Each Department office

 

4. Required Documents:

1) Application form for exemption from language test(*attachment)

2) Certificate of English or Korean Language Proficiency

** Applicants need to get a confirmation on original rating report card from department office when submitting the related documents.

 

5. Notes

1) If you have passed the foreign language test, you do not need to submit any documents.

2) If your English or Korean scores which you submit on your admission application do not meet the criteria, you have to submit a certificate of English or Korean Language Proficiency that meets the exemption criteria within the deadline.

3) If your native language is English, you can submit Korean language scores.

If your native language is not English, you can submit English or Korean scores.

If English is the official language in your home country, you can submit English or Korean scores.
